Is every board really solvable?

Yes. We deal each board in reverse from a finished layout, so a sequence of legal pairs always exists. Our bot plays every daily to the end before it goes live.

What do the tiles mean?

Three suits of 1 to 9 (dots, bamboo and characters), four winds, three dragons, four flowers and four seasons. Flowers match any flower and seasons any season; everything else matches only its twin.

Question 3

Is it free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All four layouts have a free daily board, plus two extra boards a day. While Suvi is new, every past daily board is open to everyone too.

Question 4

Why are the tiles small on my phone?

Accepted Answer

The classic layout is wide. Turn your phone sideways, or tap Bigger to enlarge the board and scroll. The pyramid layout is also made for smaller screens.

Question 5

Is this the same as the four-player game?

Accepted Answer

No. This is the single-player tile-matching game. The tiles are the same; the rules are different.
