About Darts on Suvi
This page opens straight into 301 for two players on one device: on the sofa, in the pub or on a long train ride. Throw your three darts, pass the phone, and watch the other player's scores come off. Both scores and every visit's darts sit above the board, so there's no arguing about who needs what. The first to finish on exactly 0 wins; go below 0 and it's a bust. Type your names and the score keeps count across games. Playing alone? The computer throws at three levels, and a friend far away can join by link.
How to play
- Press and hold on the board: an aiming mark appears just above your finger.
- Steer it where you want the dart to go. It drifts like a real hand, and more the longer you hold.
- Let go to throw. Three darts a visit; each dart's score comes off what you need.
- Finish on exactly 0 to win. Go below 0 and it's a bust: back to where you started the visit.
Controls
On a phone or tablet: Hold your finger on the board, steer the mark (it sits just above your finger), let go to throw.
On a desktop: Move the mouse to aim and click to throw, or use the arrow keys to aim and Space to throw. H asks for a hint.
Tips
- Early on, aim at the treble 20 (top, the inner thin ring). Miss it and you still score 20, 1 or 5.
- Don't hold too long: aim, let your hand settle for a moment, then let go.
- Under 60, think about the finish: 32 is a double 16, 50 is the bull, 25 the ring round it.
- Need an awkward number? Hit a single that leaves 20 or 40, a big bed that's easy to finish on.
Questions
- Do I need a double to finish?
- Not here: it's 301 straight out, so any dart that makes exactly 0 wins. Going below 0 is a bust, and the visit scores nothing.
- How good is the computer?
- Easy hits the board most of the time; Medium throws like a decent pub player; Hard aims at the treble 20 and plays for its finishes. All three miss like people do, so every game is different.
- Can two people play on one phone?
- Yes. Choose Two players: you throw your three darts, then pass the phone. Both scores and every visit's darts are always on screen.
- Can I play a friend online?
- Yes: choose With a friend and send the link. You each throw on your own phone and see the other's darts land.
- Is it free?
- Yes, every game, with no account and nothing to download.
